Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

Fairway Feuds is operated by Fly High Digital, based in Perth, Australia. We built Fairway Feuds for golfers everywhere, and this policy applies to everyone who uses it, wherever you're playing from — through our website or our Android app. It explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

What We Collect

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and Fairway Feuds never sees or stores your card information.

How We Use It

We use your information to run your account, save your round history and stats, operate leaderboards, respond to partnership enquiries, and send essential emails about your account or purchases. We don't use your information for unrelated advertising, and we don't sell your information to third parties.

Who We Share It With

We use trusted third-party services to run Fairway Feuds: Supabase (our database provider), Stripe (our payment processor), and Vercel (our hosting provider). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service, under their own privacy and security commitments.

International Data Transfers

Because our service providers operate global infrastructure, your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your home country, including in Australia, the United States, and the European Union. Wherever your data is processed, we and our providers take reasonable steps to keep it secure and handle it in line with this policy.

Data Security

Information is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our database provider under industry-standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@flyhighdigital.com.au.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. For example, if you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, data protection law (such as the GDPR) gives you rights to data portability and to object to certain processing. If you're a California resident, state law (such as the CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to request its deletion. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of in that respect — but you're welcome to exercise any of these rights by contacting us at the email above, regardless of which law applies to you.

Age Requirement

Fairway Feuds is a social golf scoring app — it is not a betting or gambling product. Age verification is required to use the app, consistent with our terms of use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
